Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Used beauty tools
  • Opened personal care products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumicarebeauty.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution when eligible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@lumicarebeauty.store with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@lumicarebeauty.store.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
